Stay and Booking Policy

We are delighted to host you at Akareem Real Estate Investment & Hospitality. This policy keeps your stay comfortable and clear, from your first message to check-out.

Booking and confirmation

  • Send your booking request via WhatsApp from the unit page, and our reservations team will reply with the price, availability and payment method.
  • Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.

Check-in and check-out times

  • Check-in from 4:00 pm, or as soon as the unit is ready.
  • Check-out by 12:00 noon.
  • Early check-in is available subject to availability; please request it in advance via WhatsApp.
  • Check-in is self-service with a smart lock, and we send you the entry details before you arrive.

Refundable deposit

  • For direct bookings, a refundable deposit of SAR 300 applies to short stays and SAR 500 to long stays.
  • The deposit is refunded after check-out once the unit and its contents are checked.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation is free, with a full refund, up to at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

Parties and events

Parties, events and gatherings are strictly prohibited in our units, out of respect for guests and neighbours.

Caring for the unit and its contents

  • Our units are furnished in a modern, contemporary style and prepared with care for you.
  • We trust you to keep the furniture, appliances and belongings as they are, and to leave them in the same condition at check-out.
  • The refundable deposit is returned once the unit and its contents are checked.

Number of guests

Each unit has a maximum capacity shown on its page; please respect it.

Smoking and pets

Smoking is permitted, and pets are welcome.

Cleaning and services

  • Cleaning is free on request from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm; outside these hours it costs SAR 150.
  • The services team is on site from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, and outside these hours as available.
  • Customer service is available around the clock via WhatsApp.
  • A baby crib is available on request.

Licensing

Our units are licensed by the Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
